SCIEX, a Danaher operating company in Singapore, invites you to join as a Supply Chain & Logistics Analytics Intern. You will support logistics operations and data analytics across the region, analyzing freight spend and developing Power BI dashboards to improve visibility of performance and costs.

This on-site role reports to the Distribution & Fulfillment JAPAC manager and offers hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate to drive process improvements and daily

The Supply Chain & Logistics Analytics Intern will support logistics operations and data analytics initiatives across the region. The intern will analyse freight expenditure, identify potential cost‑saving opportunities, and develop Power BI dashboards to improve visibility of logistics performance, freight spending, and outbound freight recovery. The role will also support daily shipment arrangements, tracking, and freight coordination, while contributing to process improvement and automation projects using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

This position reports to the Manager I, Distribution & Fulfillment JAPAC and is part of the Global Supply Chain Management located in Singapore, Woodlands and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform freight spend analysis and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for logistics and freight reporting
• Build an Outbound Freight Recovery (OBFR) dashboard to track customer freight charges versus actual freight costs and identify recovery gaps
• Support daily logistics operations, including shipment arrangement, tracking, and freight coordination for regional customer orders
• Drive process improvement initiatives using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate to automate manual processes and improve efficiency

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive and comfortable supporting data analytics, process improvement, and daily logistics activities.
