A leading nutrition company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound materials, maintain inventory records, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in Logistics and 2-3 years of warehouse experience. This role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, along with safety adherence in the warehouse environment.
Support inbound receipt and outbound issuance of materials with proper documentation and system entry.
Ensure FEFO/FIFO principles are followed for all stock movement.
Work closely with planner, production and QA to ensure material readiness for each batch per production schedule & checklist.
Identify slow‑moving, expired, or non‑conforming items and escalate for action.
Maintain segregation and clear identification of non‑conforming materials, products, halal vs. non‑halal items.
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring system updates match physical stock.
Ensure proper documentation of goods movement and support traceability during audit.
Coordinate with cross‑functional departments on non‑conformance materials status and ensure only released lots are prepared for production.

Arrange and monitor product movement to dispatch area and final loading.
Maintain shipment documents, outgoing records, and release confirmation documents.
Track outgoing goods to ensure delivery completeness and correct documentation.
Assist in preparation and verification of shipping and delivery documents.
Coordinate with 3PLs or drivers for local deliveries or inter‑site transfer.
Support export preparation if needed (e.g. labeling, document handover).
Maintain and monitor warehouse hygiene and environmental condition in compliant with hygiene standards.
Ensure materials are stored in clean, safe, and compliant conditions.
Support internal and external audits.
Adhere to FSSC 22000 guidelines in material and product handling.
Support audit readiness with organized, accurate records for materials, product, cleaning, pest control, and halal.
Ensure all halal-certified materials and finished goods are handled according to halal requirements.
Verify that storage and transportation of halal materials are separated from non‑halal items.
Keep proper records of halal material receipts, usage, and traceability.
Conduct regular safety checks in warehouse and storage areas (e.g., proper stacking, PPE usage, forklift safety).
Report and follow up on any safety hazards, near‑misses, or unsafe practices.
Monitor pest control activities, ensure bait stations are intact and documented, and elevate pest findings to QA or pest control contractor.
Support 5S and housekeeping, GMP audits in the warehouse and supply chain areas.
Prepare regular stock reports and safety checklists for review.
Identify areas for efficiency or safety improvement and propose solutions.
Participate in process improvement, space optimization, and inventory control initiatives.
Participate in cross‑department improvement initiatives and meetings (e.g., food safety, food defense, pest control).
