The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and over 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a related industry. This role involves supplier negotiation, inventory management, and support for the sales team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in supply chain management in a multi-national company.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, nutritional, or food & beverage industry is a plus.

About this role

Job Purpose

Assist the Supply Chain Manager on procurement, inventories, logistics, demand and production planning.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory transportation, storage and use.
  • Supplier complaint.
  • Production & demand planning.
  • Sourcing, negotiating, procuring and managing inventory stock.
  • Suppliers, Raw Materials and Packaging Qualification.
  • Support sales team on quotation/bidding.
  • Continuous improvement. Liaising with HQ Supply Chain and Procurement in Europe.
  • Ensure compliance with company’s guideline and standards.
  • Monitor and support audit checks.
About You

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain, Logistics or relevant.
  • 3+ years’ experience in supply chain management, preferably within a multi-national, matrix-structured based company.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical, nutritional, food & beverage manufacturing company is a plus.
  • Experience with FSSC and food safety will be an advantage.
