Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented inventory manager to oversee inventory planning and SAP management. Responsibilities

• Manage inventory by planning and updating system parameters based on monthly usage to optimize stock levels.
• Handle purchase orders and SAP updates; track orders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, updating SAP accurately and managing shipping documents.
• Oversee cross-trade shipments and ensure FTA compliance.
• Process vendor-related defect claims.
• Maintain and update SAP Material Master data.
• Ensure operational quality and efficiency in line with customer expectations.
• Support ad-hoc tasks, projects, and reports as assigned.

• Location: Tuas (company transport provided at designated mrts)

Job scope

• Manage inventory by planning and updating system parameters based on monthly usage to optimize stock levels.
• Handle purchase orders and SAP updates; track orders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, update SAP accurately, and manage shipping documents and invoice verification.
• Oversee cross-trade shipments, coordinating direct factory-to-customer deliveries and ensuring FTA compliance.
• Process vendor-related defect claims.
• Maintain and update SAP Material Master data (e.g., dimensions, HS codes, lead times).
• Ensure operational quality and efficiency in line with customer expectations and company policies.
• Support ad-hoc tasks, projects, and reports as assigned.
