Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited is seeking a Supply Chain IT Manager to lead IT business partnering for SBFAP Supply Chain, driving digital transformation across planning, manufacturing, logistics and sustainability.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, govern end-to-end IT projects, advance Industry 4.0, IT/OT integration with MES and SAP, and champion change through continuous improvement across global manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, or IT business partnering within an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes—including demand and supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics—preferably within the FMCG/CPG sector.
• Proven track record in project management, business process optimisation, and cross-functional delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IT/OT integration, and AI applications within the supply chain is an added advantage.
• Experience in driving digital upskilling initiatives for teams in supply chain or manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Supply Chain and Digital & IT stakeholders across planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
• Gather and refine requirements for strategic alignment.
• Align initiatives with regional systems, standards and value chains.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end IT projects on scope and schedule.
• Run workshops and user testing to ensure readiness.
• Ensure governance and manage vendor performance.
• Promote smart factory solutions and IoT connectivity.
• Lead automation across manufacturing sites.
• Design IT/OT integration between shop-floor, MES, and SAP.
• Partner with operations to identify automation opportunities.
• Act as change agent to foster continuous improvement.
• Identify digitisation opportunities to boost efficiency.
