Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to manage supply chain programs from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Supply Chain or related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will coordinate efforts across various departments including Sales and Engineering, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with supplier requirements. Competitive salary package offered.

• Salary: Up to $5,500 basic + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Location: Within walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT
• Company: Electronics manufacturing (Cable assembly, interconnects, and electronic contract manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain programs from planning to delivery
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Suppliers to meet milestones
• Track progress, risks, and resolve delays
• Liaise with suppliers for material readiness, order accuracy, and compliance
• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance tracking
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports
• Analyse lead times, material flow, and costs for improvements
• Prepare inventory, shipment, and cost summariesPlan and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, including import/export
• Optimise transport and warehouse operations
• Drive supply chain visibility and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain Program/Project experience in a similar industry
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Familiar with Incoterms, import/export processes, and freight coordination
