Oregano is a fast‑paced food supply company serving clients across Singapore. We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our operations team.

🔧 Responsibilities
  • Handle customer support and supply‑related enquiries
  • Process client orders and coordinate fulfilment
  • Assist in procurement and ordering of goods
  • Receive and check goods against purchase orders
  • Check accuracy of goods during loading and dispatch
  • Assist in picking and packing of goods when necessary
  • Maintain clear documentation and inventory records
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superior
✅ Requirements
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory systems
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with food products or F&B operations is a plus
