Job summary

A leading supply chain management firm in Singapore is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage customer accounts and optimize production schedules. You will ensure clear communication regarding order statuses and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. This role requires a degree in Supply Chain Management and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The position includes weekend shifts and offers competitive compensation of up to $4500. This role includes a mix of work-from-home and on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain roles.
• Experience in SAP or MRP is a plus.

• Served as the main contact for assigned customer accounts, managing planning, delivery, and supply issues while ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Provided regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, order status, and delivery timelines to maintain clear customer communication.
• Monitored production plans, analyzed supply chain performance, supported root cause analysis, and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management with 2+ years’ relevant experience, SAP/MRP knowledge (Not Mandatory)

Additional Information:

• Up to $4500
• Weekend support role with shifts 7am–3pm & 3pm–11pm, Wed–Sun; mix of WFH and on-site if needed
• Located in Tampines
