Job description
Responsibilities
  • Review manufacturing and supply chain redundancy to ensure uninterrupted supply during disruptions, and establish criteria to identify and prioritize redundancy initiative
  • Review manufacturing and supply chain redundancy to ensure uninterrupted supply during disruptions, and establish criteria to identify and prioritize redundancy initiatives.
  • Drive the evaluation and ranking of key investments and projects that enhance the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and overall supply chain robustness.
  • Manage the risk notification process to guarantee prompt and accurate updates on potential or ongoing disruptions.
  • Act as the main liaison for internal and external communication during supply chain interruptions, engaging both customers and suppliers.
  • Assist in customer audits and respond to inquiries concerning business continuity and risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to ensure cohesive implementation of BCP strategies across the supply chain.
  • Contribute to the corporate ERM framework by offering supply chain risk analysis and supporting enterprise-wide risk evaluations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or risk management, with at least 3 years ina leadership or BCP-focused role
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, risk management frameworks, and business continuity planning.
  • Experience with supply chain risk assessment tools and methodologies
