Job summary

Coherent seeks a Supply Chain Automation Analyst to continuously review, improve, and automate supply chain processes using IT tools. You will develop and deploy RPA scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and maintain thorough documentation of improvements and dashboards.

Designing strategic Power BI dashboards for real-time insights and enabling predictive analytics, you will collaborate across functions, drive digital transformation per Lighthouse4.0, and explore sustainability opportunities

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Supply chain/Logistics/Computer Science/Data Analytics or equivalent
Experience with Power BI and automation tools is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Continuously review, improve and automate supply chain processes using IT tools
Develop and deploy RPA scripts to streamline tasks
Maintain documentation for improvements, automation workflows, and dashboards
Design and build Power BI dashboards for real-time insights and predictive analytics
Explore sustainability opportunities in supply chain through digital tools
Foster data analytics for strategic predictive insights
Align procurement with Lighthouse4.0 standards for digital transformation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
Assist in evaluating new software to optimize workflows
Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes
