Job description

Supply Chain and Logistics Executive

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Executive, you will support client projects, ensure smooth logistics operations, optimize processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep supply chain activities running efficiently. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage coordination, documentation, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Management

• Support client projects and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones and deliverables.
• Handle multiple projects or clients when required.

Supply Chain & Logistics Operations

• Monitor logistics activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate customer order processing, shipments, warehouse operations, shipment documentation and banking procedures.
• Maintain supply chain inventory records and logistics documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers for documentation and with banks for LC validation and customer‑related processes.
• Finalize shipment schedules between suppliers and customers.

Process Improvement & Digitalization

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, efficiency enhancements and digitalization projects.
• Find cost‑effective solutions to optimize supply chain processes.

Reporting & Audit Support

• Prepare daily and weekly tracking reports for shipment status, payments and other KPIs.
• Support annual audit preparations by streamlining documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate across departments to support coordinated plans for business growth.
• Support customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Work with various internal teams on issuing sales contracts.

Experience:

• 3–5 years in supply chain operations, shipping documentation, logistics operations, or customer service.
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of supply chain processes and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
