Responsibilities
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Manage the movement of products across e-commerce, trade, and outlet channels.
- Receive, count, and reconcile stock; maintain inventory accuracy and optimal warehouse capacity.
- Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and company-wide stock-take exercises.
- Prepare shipments and take steps to prevent quality control issues.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and storage standards.
- E-commerce Operations & Fulfillment
- Coordinate online order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage the full order fulfillment and transportation cycle to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with e-commerce and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Streamline shipping and transportation processes for efficiency.
- Logistics Management
- Track and execute shipments for e-commerce and retail channels.
- Operate logistics systems to manage inventory, delivery schedules, and transport costs.
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Conduct procurement activities based on business needs.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Source and onboard new suppliers while ensuring proper documentation.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Evaluate supply chain and logistics processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor import/export compliance.
- Identify and resolve disruptions in the supply chain or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare reports on inventory, deliveries, e-commerce fulfillment, and logistics performance.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, transportation, and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Proficient in logistics, inventory, or ERP systems; e-commerce platform experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
