Job Description

• Manage inbound, outbound, and cross-trade shipments (FCL, LCL, breakbulk, airfreight)
• Ensure timely and cost-efficient order fulfillment by overseeing shipment execution in alignment with delivery schedules and budget targets.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with shipping lines and freight forwarders, negotiating optimal routes and rates, and reviewing all freight agreements and terms.
• Proactively address and resolve logistics issues, such as delivery delays or shipment disruptions.
• Collaborate with business teams to design and implement the most cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Lead and support the supply chain team in applying industry best practices and monitoring performance through defined KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
