A leading supply chain management company in Singapore is seeking a proactive individual to manage inventory delivery and maintain supplier relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing or logistics, along with superior analytical skills using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP and BI tools is a plus. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and regular performance reporting.
1) Handle follow-up and improvement of Satair's ability to deliver to customers, and closely monitor that the suppliers conform to agreed upon contractual obligations
2) Handle maintenance of the global inventory policy including:
3) Handle maintenance of planning related master data
4) Supplier relations Supply Chain:
5) Registration of cost’s prices in cooperation with the buyer
6) Cooperate with the Product & Service Manager regarding development/maintenance of the product selection and stocking levels
7) Lead and document monthly forecast meetings with Product Manager
8) Monitor coming slow movers and agree on action plans in cooperation with the Product Manager
9) Ensure optimum cooperation with the buyer regarding supplier conditions and procurement
Outlier correction
10) Collect Planning/FC data from other stakeholder, like Technical Demand Forecast, Commercial Demand Forecast, Kitting, Repair
11) Consolidate Planning FC Data to one single demand forecast
12) Comment on FC data for explanation and tracking purposes
13) Prepare the FC for final approval
14) Why-late analysis and contribution to other reports
15) Handle follow-up and improvement of Satair's goals and prepare performance reports on a monthly basis which reflect:
