Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Supply Assurance Buyer III to support the Supply Assurance Manager in material availability, supply planning, and inventory strategy. You’ll optimize inventory, execute POs and transfer plans, and drive improvements in SAP processes while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• 5–8 years of purchasing management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong supervision and people management skills.
• Good understanding of ERP/MRP concepts and SAP experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review material requirements, generate purchase orders, schedule materials per MRP to ensure continuity of supplies.
• Manage supplier relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency and resolve potential supply problems.
• Manage inventory levels to support production, LTB, E&O and inventory goals.
• Develop and implement improvement programs for underperforming suppliers.
• Drive system and process enhancements, maintain data integrity in SAP, and resolve related issues.
• Review and resolve NCRs and work to reduce supplier-related NCRs.
• Participate in supplier audits and publish audit reports.
• Manage purchasing spec changes and initiate change order forms.
• Participate in product development and transfer activities with purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 and other regulatory requirements.
