Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories (Singapore) PTE LTD is seeking a Supply Assurance Buyer to ensure timely, quantity- and quality-aligned material supply to support production. You will manage MRP, expedite deliveries, resolve shortages, and maintain data integrity, inventory levels, and SAP ERP knowledge preferred.

This role suits candidates with 3+ years in purchasing/planning within electronics and mechanical assemblies in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, logistics, business administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing and planning experience in electronics and mechanical assemblies.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Excel.
• Knowledgeable of SAP ERP is advantageous.

The Supply Assurance Buyer ensures assurance of material supply at the right time, quantity and quality to meet production needs.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Timely execution of MRP supply, forecast and exception report to suppliers, ensure supplier delivery commitment meet production requirement
• Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages to meet production needs
• Manage and resolve quality notification, change request, supplier returns, good receipts and invoice discrepancies in timely manner
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity and adhere to procedures
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding
