What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
• Identify and develop new suppliers for fabrication and structural components in semiconductor and automation equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, quality, and delivery terms
• Analyze market trends and fluctuations to optimize purchasing strategies and mitigate risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure procurement activities align with business needs
• Implement and maintain efficient procurement systems and processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities, budgets, and performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably in the semiconductor or automation industries
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial arrangements
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in the use of procurement software and tools, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
