Job summary

Job Title: Supervisor, Supply Chain & Logistics

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse activities
  • Implement process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of warehouse activities
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • To carry out tasks assigned by immediate manager or management
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level, or at least minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while effectively organising and managing warehouse workflows
  • Proven leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
