Job summary

CARE CORNER SINGAPORE LTD in Toa Payoh seeks a capable supervisor to lead a senior care centre, build a committed team, and drive centre, division, and organisational goals with a patient, people-focused approach.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, coordinate care plans via interRAI assessments, manage budgets and compliance, and engage with stakeholders to deliver meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within senior care, dementia care, geriatrics or healthcare settings.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and dialects to serve diverse senior populations.

Responsibilities

  • Build a competent and committed team to achieve centre, divisional and organisational goals.
  • Manage the Centre's day-to-day operations, ensuring high level of customer service and client engagement.
  • Deliver quality services, operational efficiency, and compliance through continuous improvement, effective supervision, and coaching to ensure seniors' health, well-being, and safety.
  • Manage administrative duties including plan and roster transport, activities and manpower; budgeting, stock inventory, SOP, audit, documentation.
  • Conduct standardized interRAI care assessments to capture seniors' health, functional, cognitive, and social profile and translate findings into actionable care plans.
  • Monitor service delivery and facilitate communication with stakeholders, seniors and caregivers from referral to commencement.
  • Maximise centre's client utilization of day-places.
  • Ensure effective financial management and compliance with MOH and organisational requirements.
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders, funders, sponsors and volunteers to deliver meaningful community impact.

ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES

Team Leadership & Capability

Build a competent and committed team to achieve centre, divisional and organisational goals. Strengthen team capability through employee development plans.

Quality, Safety & Operations

Manage the Centre\'s day-to-day operations, ensuring high level of customer service and client engagement.

Deliver quality services, operational efficiency, and compliance through continuous improvement, effective supervision, and coaching to ensure seniors\' health, well-being, and safety.

Manage administrative duties including plan and roster transport, activities and manpower. Ensure financial and operational sustainability and accountability including budgeting, stock inventory, SOP, audit, documentation, etc.

Conduct standardised interRAI care assessments to capture seniors\' health, functional, cognitive, and social profile. Ensure compliance and documentation standards are met. Translate interRAI assessment findings into actionable, individualized care plans and coordinate service delivery for the seniors.

Service Delivery & Utilisation

Monitor service delivery including facilitate communication with stakeholders, seniors and caregivers from service referral to commencement, with advice/support

Maximise centre\'s client utilization of day-places

Financial Stewardship & Compliance

Ensure effective financial management and operational sustainability with full compliance with MOH and organisational requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with community stakeholders, funders, sponsors and volunteers to deliver meaningful community impact. Network and foster integration of work and services within the organisation.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years\' experience as a supervisor in a senior care centre, dementia care, geriatrics or healthcare settings

Passion and patience in serving the seniors

Excellent leader with good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

Able to work independently and under time constraints

Proficiency in Mandarin and dialects to effectively serve diverse senior populations.
