Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Submitting daily operational reports and monthly operational activities reports to customer/Management.
• Overseeing general manpower affairs such as disciplinary issues, employee welfare, leave management, conduct daily TBM and operations improvement.
• Establishing, writing and reviewing the department WI / SWP / RA documents.
• Maintaining all official documents in proper filling such as WI/SWP/RA documents.
• Coaching and guiding subordinates to ensure compliance with the section's Work Instructions (WI), Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Environmental Aspect(A/I).
• Assist in any internal or external Audit for Safety, Quality and Process.
• Leading the team in handling customer complaints/incident's by conducting investigations and preparing countermeasure reports.
• Responsible to plan daily manpower allocation and OT arrangement accordance Packing Operation Request, Trial-Run and Quality control requested by customers.
• Responsible to ensure subordinates always comply to customer in-house and company's Safety rules.
• Responsible for ensuring the department's housekeeping is consistently maintained in good condition.
• Responsible for verifying and endorsing all documents pertaining to operations, maintenance, procurement, and reporting activities.
• Responsible for overseeing that all subordinates are provided with OJT forms and meet competency standards based on the department's Skill Matrix Schedule.
• Responsible for carrying out daily patrols, attend daily TBM and overseeing subordinates' adherence to discipline and punctuality.
• Responsible to step in the operation when is crucial shortage of manpower or in emergency situation plant recall our teams back.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nidec in any discipline, preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Must be able to perform OT when is necessary.
• Preferably has experience as a supervisory role in operations and warehouse management.
• Literally strong in Microsoft, handling Email and analytical skills
• Not sensitive / allergic due to chemical powder/dusty environment.
• Able to performance manual handling.
• Able to work independently, good communication skill and with a positive working attitude.
• Capable of managing a multicultural workforce of over 30 personnel.
• Knowledge in Safety and Environmental aspect is added advantages.

Working Arrangement

5.5 days' work week
Mon to Fri: 8.00am to 5.30am
Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
