Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Read, learn, understand, and interpret drawing/blueprints and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete the crating of tools/products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified, and recording and communicating inventory levels.
  • Help customers resolve shipment issues and complaints when they arise. Maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases and perform additional administrative, clerical, or supervisory duties as requested.
  • Support internal and other relevant departments (e.g. Planners and productions) to ensure all orders/shipments are fulfilled on time. Coordinate with CM to perform GR, coordinate with traffic and third-party warehouse to re-label shipment, and release to forwarders for shipment arrangement.
  • Fulfill orders by packaging necessary materials and preparing them for shipment. Identify and locate the right products during the shipping process, record inventory status, and make sure deliveries properly match work orders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products. Practice problem‑solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for realizing continuous improvement to products and processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, workplace safety, and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures.
  • Require supporting operations during weekends and public holidays. Undertake any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the superior.
