Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Supervisor to join the team. As part of the leadership crew, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver top-tier guest experiences, and help uphold the lively, welcoming spirit that defines the brand.

You’ll lead by example, supporting the team, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily floor and bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to deliver friendly and consistent hospitality.
  • Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of dining and bar areas in line with brand standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate food & beverage service.
  • Support management in scheduling, inventory checks, and opening/closing duties.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards as per company and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist management in menu updates, promotions, and special events.
  • Foster a positive team environment and uphold brand culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in an izakaya, omakase, or bar concept.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service mindset and a hands-on attitude.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake, or spirits is a strong advantage.
  • Basic administrative and POS system knowledge preferred.
