Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to oversee sales staff and manage inventory in a retail environment. Responsibilities include ensuring the store's appearance is maintained, addressing customer concerns, and facilitating product rotation. Responsibilities

• Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
• Remove expired or damaged products, replenish and rotate products.
• Ensure that display space is fully stocked.
• Arranging of stocks First-In-First-Out (FIFO) to ensure that products are within shelf life.
• Other Ad-hoc duties
