Job summary

A leading café brand in Singapore is seeking a Supervisor to assist with daily operations, leading the front-of-house team while ensuring high-quality guest interactions and operational standards are met. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a café or similar setting and possesses strong interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of daily operations and management.
  • Deliver warm, attentive, and consistent guest service, leading the FOH team in genuine hospitality.
  • Manage FOH & BOH rosters, timesheets, and month-end HR documentation.
  • Oversee inventory, stock control, and POS accuracy across all platforms.
  • Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and supply levels.
  • Support food preparation and multitask during busy periods.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
  • With at least 2 years in supervisory role in café, kiosk or bakery setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and lead the team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, high-traffic environments.
  • Proficient in POS systems, daily operational reporting and processes.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours/shift, including weekends and public holidays.
