Job summary

A local recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a passionate individual to manage operations across two museum sites. The role includes leading a team of associates, ensuring smooth visitor experiences, and addressing operational challenges. Candidates should have at least 2 years in customer service, excellent communication skills, and flexibility in dealing with customers. Compensation is up to $3300, with working hours from 9:30am to 7:30pm, including weekends.

Qualifications

Job scope
  • Manage daily operations across two museum sites and ensure smooth visitor experience.
  • Resolve operational or technical issues and escalate when needed.
  • Lead and support a team of 10 associates, including training, coaching, and handling performance matters.
  • Plan monthly deployment schedules and arrange manpower replacements when required.
  • Handle visitor enquiries, feedback, and email correspondence professionally.
  • Guide associates in conducting tours and visitor programmes.
  • Work with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support operations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly revenue reports.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale Systems, and digital technologies
  • Experience in handling various payment modes
  • 2 years of front line/ customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Skilled in service delivery, problem resolution, and service recovery
  • Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Flexible in customer interactions in a front-facing role
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
Working hours

9:30am to 7:30pm daily (Fridays till 9:00pm). Based on museum operating hours.

Working days

5 days per week (including weekends & PH).

Locations

Various Museums available: Walking distance from City Hall, Raffles Place and Bras Basah MRT / Pasir Panjang / Upper Changi.

Compensation

Gross up to $3300. Salary will commensurate with experience.
