Job summary

L & K Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (Singapore Branch) is seeking a Civil/Structural/Architectural site supervisor to manage CSA works at project sites in Singapore.

You will supervise daily site activities, ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and schedules, and coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants and other disciplines. We require a Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction or related discipline, with relevant experience in

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction or related discipline.
• Relevant working experience in Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
• Experience in industrial, semiconductor, cleanroom or EPC projects will be an advantage.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of site construction activities and work sequencing.
• Able to coordinate and supervise subcontractors independently.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
• Able to work in a construction site environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily CSA works at project site
• Monitor site activities, work progress and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, consultants and other disciplines on daily construction activities
• Ensure works are carried out according to the approved construction schedule and work sequence
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on defects, outstanding works and rectification works
• Check site conditions against drawings and highlight any discrepancies, clashes or constructability issues to the Engineer / Project Manager
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and access required for site activities
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed according to required quality, safety and schedule
• Support inspections, testing, handover and project close-out activities
• Maintain daily site records and provide progress updates to the project team
• Attend site coordination meetings and follow up on assigned action items
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, Company procedures and project requirements
• Perform other site/project duties as assigned

• 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)

• Staff may be required to work extended hours and night shifts based on project schedules and operational requirements, subject to applicable Company policies and statutory requirements.
