🔧 SUPERVISOR (M&E) – Duties and Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise all M&E works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ACMV, fire protection, etc.) to ensure proper installation according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with main contractor, consultants, and other trades to resolve site issues.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
2. Technical & Documentation
- Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and method statements before implementation.
- Ensure M&E works are installed as per approved drawings and authority requirements (e.g., BCA, PUB, EMA, SCDF).
- Prepare site reports, daily progress reports, and inspection checklists.
- Attend coordination and technical meetings with consultants and clients.
3. Manpower & Resource Management
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage on site.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers comply with site safety requirements.
- Report unsafe acts or conditions to the Safety Officer or Site Manager.
