Description

1. Lead, facilitate and mange a team of M & E Department.

2. Liaise with project teams to drive initiatives to improve construction work processes.

3. Liaise with authorities on incentives and productivity related issues under the guidance of Senior Manager.

4. Prepare proposals for submission to authorities

5. Prepare progress reports

6. Prepare & Submission of RFI/FCR.

7. Shop Drawing/Material Review & Submission.

8. Attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for project.

9. To work out cost estimation/ budgetary cost on electrical services

Requirements

1. Minimum 20 (Twenty) years experience in construction Industry.
2. Minimum educational qualification is Diploma in M&E Engineering.
3. Must have driving license Class 3 to site visit.
4. Willing to work after regular duty hour.
5. Must work on Saturday/Sunday or Public holiday due to workload.
