Key Responsibilities

• Work Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, direct multiple crews, and ensure tasks are completed according to specifications and deadlines.
• Resource Management: Allocate manpower, tools, and materials effectively to support project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to project standards and procedures.
• Safety Enforcement: Enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, or unforeseen delays on the job site to ensure smooth project progression.
• Communication & Coordination: Maintain clear communication with management, subcontractors, clients, and other parties.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and manage relevant documentation and contracts.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to workers based on construction drawings and specifications.
