• Plan daily activities, manage schedules, order materials, and ensure smooth workflow to keep projects on track
• Inspect work, materials, and site conditions to ensure adherence to blueprints, specifications, and standards
• Act as the main link between crews, engineers, architects, clients, and project managers, providing updates and resolving issues
• Maintain detailed site records, progress reports, and handle essential paperwork
• Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction
• Resolve workplace issues, conflicts, and escalated customer complaints
