Job description

Location: Singapore

Reporting to: Store Manager

In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing day-to-day store operations and team performance, while also contributing to both individual and overall store sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Assist to oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and strong product knowledge
  • Motivate and lead the sales team to meet and exceed store sales target
  • Understanding and analysing key KPIs to drive the business and achieve the target
  • Support staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Maximize opportunities to recruit and build long term client relationships with clients
  • Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge
  • Maintain high standard of store presentation and stock management
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial level; preferably in luxury retail industry
  • Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience
  • Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in computer literacy
  • Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
  • Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
