Job description

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work with Autocad system and standard Mircosoft software
• Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawing
• Able to work under element of weather
• Efficient project management which includes project scheduling, lead, and co-ordinate the whole project team which include supervisors, foreman, workers and subcontractors
• Responsible for site coordination workers and to make accurate, decisive, and prompt decisions relating to work matters. Feedback to management on site problems for corrective actions to be taken.
• Preparing submission drawings to authorities. Preparing and producing construction documents and specifications
• In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion
• To study pre-comp (to study discrepency of surveying data and establish site boundaries control point) survey plan for project execution
• To verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
• Ensure all setting up are within contract boundary
• Prepare site setting out data, plan and map for Survey crew
• Volume Calculation if required
• Liaise with client and contractors on survey matters
• Co-Ordinate with engineers, site supervisor, various sub-contractors for surveyor related works
• Record and data collection for the preparation for as- built drawings
• Supervise field crew performing various surveying functions
