Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations. You will ensure tasks are performed safely and efficiently, lead workers and subcontractors, and coordinate site activities. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction or utilities, and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This role requires the ability to read drawings and work efficiently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, utilities, or water pipe laying preferred.
• Supervisor experience or site management background is an advantage.
• Able to read drawings and interpret work instructions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
