Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Manicure/Pedicure Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality nail care and treatments to clients, ensuring a relaxing and professional experience. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of nail care techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle grooming, hand and foot massage, and polish application
• Offer a range of nail care services such as gel polish application, acrylic or gel extensions, and nail art as per client requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including disinfecting tools and equipment after each client
• Assess clients’ nail and skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques and products to enhance service offerings
• Ensure a positive client experience by being attentive, friendly, and professional
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manicure/Pedicure Technician or similar role
• Certification in nail care or cosmetology preferred
• Proficiency in nail techniques such as gel and acrylic application, nail art and classic manicures and pedicures
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by client demand
