Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion.
 - Assign duties to staff, monitor performance, and ensure that work is carried out according to company standards and safety procedures.
 - Oversee attendance, punctuality, and staff discipline, providing guidance and support to team members when necessary.
 - Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and operational procedures.
 - Handle daily reporting, including production records, work progress, or service quality updates to management.
 - Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper use of equipment, cleanliness, and maintenance of the work area.
 - Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, or employee conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
 - Train new employees and assist in skill upgrading of existing team members to improve efficiency and productivity.
 
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant supervisory or team leader experience in a related industry (e.g., construction, manufacturing, F&B, logistics, cleaning, etc.).
 - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to manage a multi-cultural team and work under pressure.
 - Knowledge of workplace safety and health (WSH) procedures preferred.
 - Basic computer literacy and reporting skills.
 - Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
