Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion.
• Assign duties to staff, monitor performance, and ensure that work is carried out according to company standards and safety procedures.
• Oversee attendance, punctuality, and staff discipline, providing guidance and support to team members when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and operational procedures.
• Handle daily reporting, including production records, work progress, or service quality updates to management.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper use of equipment, cleanliness, and maintenance of the work area.
• Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, or employee conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
• Train new employees and assist in skill upgrading of existing team members to improve efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant supervisory or team leader experience in a related industry (e.g., construction, manufacturing, F&B, logistics, cleaning, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-cultural team and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and health (WSH) procedures preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and reporting skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
