Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily execution of work.
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Work closely with other site operations staff to meet project schedule.
• Ensure installation follows construction drawings.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by workers.
• Ensure works are executed within acceptable standards.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate polymer application projects.
• Attend daily tool-box meetings and convey instructions.
• Implement safety procedures and manage incident responses.
• Update clients on progress and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance in project requirements and scope of work.
