Oversee daily production quality checks, hygiene inspections, and operational monitoring in the central kitchen.
Handle quality issues, customer complaints, and lead investigations with corrective actions across kitchen and outlets.
Manage and train the QA team; conduct training for outlet staff on hygiene, food handling, and QA procedures.
Maintain proper QA documentation, records, audit reports, and traceability systems.
Monitor raw material and supplier quality; support supplier audits where required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve product consistency, and enhance overall food quality.
Support new product development with QA testing, shelf‑life validation, and outlet trial monitoring.
