Job description
- Interview, select and provide/ organise orientation and initial job training of newly recruited employees
- Allocate work to workers to meet work schedules according to priority
- Assist and advise employees on ways to overcome problems encountered in the course of work
- Ensure that safety and security policies and quality standards are observed by all staff in the operations area
- Ensure disciplinary standards are established and maintained at all times
- To motivate, supervise and guide subordinates to develop their potential and to improve their performance
