• Updating of daily work status to Planner.
• Attend daily coordination meeting.
• Work closely with Planner on planning future activities.
• Manage daily activities efficiently.
• Monitor daily work logs of assigned subordinates.
• Schedule worker overtime during peak periods.
• Enforce company and government work and safety rules.
• Requisition necessary materials for smooth operations.
• Maintain equipment in sound working order.
• Oversee on-the-job training of probationary workers.
