Responsibilities

• Responsible for site planning and supervision of work schedule.
• Updating of daily work status to Planner.
• Attend daily coordination meeting.
• Work closely with Planner on planning future activities.
• Manage daily activities in an efficient and productive manner.
• Monitor daily work logs of all assigned subordinates.
• Schedule worker overtime during peak periods.
• Enforce company and government work and safety rules.
• Requisition necessary materials and stock replacement parts.
• Maintain equipment and surrounding areas.
• Oversee on-the-job training of probationary workers.
