Position : SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant

Location : India / Singapore (Remote)

Type : 6-month contract

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cloud-based HRIS implementations, deep functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules, and a collaborative approach to working with internal HR and cross-functional teams. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of driving HR digital transformation initiatives from initiation to adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation Leadership : Drive the complete Implementation cycle of SuccessFactors implementation projects — from requirement gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Client Engagement : Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and HR technical teams, ensuring alignment project goals and deliverables.
  • HR Collaboration : Work closely with internal HR teams to align SuccessFactors modules with business processes and compliance needs.
  • Module Expertise : Experience in configuring and optimizing different modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession, Compensation, and Recruitment.
  • Change Management : Support change readiness efforts, end-user training, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Project Governance : Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Post-Implementation Support : Provide stabilization support and best practice guidance for ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, proven experience across multiple full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they align with SuccessFactors functionalities.
  • Experience working in consulting or with external clients is highly desirable.
  • Project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in documentation, user training, and support activities
  • Exposure to HRTech ecosystems and integration with other platforms.
