Teaching & Lesson Planning

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ needs and learning levels.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the curriculum.
• Use innovative teaching methods to enhance understanding and retention.

Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring

• Assess students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.
• Provide regular feedback and performance reports to students and parents.
• Assign and evaluate practice work, quizzes, and assessments.

Classroom Management & Engagement

• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Maintain discipline and encourage active student participation.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning paces.

Parent & Stakeholder Communication
