We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Studio Production Executive to support and elevate the end-to-end production workflow within our Creative Agency.
This role involves both hands-on production and operational coordination — managing schedules, equipment, and cross-team alignment to ensure smooth, high-quality studio output that meets PLB’s creative standards. The ideal candidate has strong production knowledge, enjoys structure and communication, and takes ownership in improving how the studio runs.
What will I be doing?
- Set up, operate, and maintain studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio systems, and other production tools.
- Take the lead in coordinating and supporting studio production activities such as camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
- Ensure proper positioning, framing, and technical accuracy of shots to achieve the desired visual output.
- Monitor and adjust lighting, audio levels, and other technical parameters during recordings to maintain consistent quality.
- Work closely with the production team to plan, prepare, and execute production schedules effectively.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly during studio sessions to minimise downtime and disruptions.
- Handle post-production tasks when required (video editing, colour correction, audio enhancement) to support the final output.
- Stay updated on new studio technologies, tools, and production techniques to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Maintain studio organisation, equipment care, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
What is required of me?
- Experience in studio production, creative operations, project coordination, or related media roles.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Good understanding of studio equipment, production basics, and post‑production workflows.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across different teams and roles.
- High attention to detail and a structured, process‑driven working style.
- Ability to lead, prioritise, and make decisions confidently in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working in both hands‑on and coordination capacities when required.
- Familiarity with production tools, scheduling platforms, or video editing software is an advantage.
