Providend is seeking an Executive, Media Production to bring our advisory expertise to life through video and podcast content. Sitting within the Group Brand Experience team, you will own the full content production lifecycle—from scripting through filming, distribution and performance tracking.

This hands-on, high-ownership role is ideal for someone who enjoys building content that educates and engages, with a well-run studio and a polished final product.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in media production or related field.
• Fresh grad or 1–2 years in video/podcast production or content creation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end content production workflows.
• Hands-on filming, editing and content production tools experience.
• Familiarity with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audition).
• Experience with basic studio setup (camera, lighting, audio).
• Exposure to content platforms (YouTube, podcasts, social media).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand team to shape content strategy.
• Write scripts and develop storyboards for video and podcast episodes.
• Manage recording and filming, including camera, lighting and audio.
• Edit podcasts and videos to align with brand tone.
• Distribute content across YouTube and podcast platforms; promote content.
• Track content performance with analytics and refine strategy.
• Coordinate with advisers and team to reflect expertise and firm values.
