Job summary

CELINE is seeking an Internship – Studio Coordination Assistant (M/F/X) for September 2026 in Paris. You will engage in photo tasks, create digital lookbooks, and support model rehearsals and meetings within the studio.

The role offers exposure to the fashion studio environment of a luxury house under the LVMH group. Responsibilities include archiving photos, organizing board portfolios, and assisting teams during fittings.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Autonomous and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Download, watermark, archive and print photos from fittings.
• Occasional photo editing with Adobe Photoshop.
• Create digital versions of boards & lineups in InDesign.
• Catalogue physical photos and print/digitally archive inspiration images.
• Archive design team boards and manage image recap documents.
• Produce collection booklets including runway and panorama visuals.
• Ensure cabines are tidy and runway spaces organized for meetings.
• Liaise with facilities to replenish meeting supplies.
• Meet and accompany models from reception to studio meetings.
