Job summary

INTERNATIONAL FRENCH SCHOOL (SINGAPORE) LTD. seeks Educational Assistants to support secondary level supervision and educational follow-up under the head of the school and CPEs.

You will ensure student safety, assist in activities, and help maintain a positive learning environment across classrooms and school life. The role involves collaboration with teachers, managing student absences, and participating in examinations and culturally enriching activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in animation or accompanying teenagers is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AED status and school regulations for responsible supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from arrival to departure in various contexts (recess, lunch, outings).
• Ensure safety and well-being and uphold school rules and safety regulations.
• Call and record absences/late arrivals and analyze trends in student follow-up.
• Supervise detentions (Saturday mornings) and college/high school housing activities.
• Assist in preparation and implementation of educational activities with teachers; help with study and homework.
• Create a positive learning environment and promote respect and well-being among students.
• Participate in organizing examinations and competitions.

Skills

Knowledge of AED status (Circular 2003
