Job summary

An educational institution in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage student records, handle Student Pass applications, and provide support for student orientation and counselling. Responsibilities include answering enquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with operational policies. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to perform ad hoc duties as assigned. This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for interaction with students.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with CPE requirements, TEG Policy, and Operation Manuals.
  • Answer calls and walk-in enquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date record keeping of Student Personal files.
  • Prepare and check Student Contracts.
  • Handle Student Pass Application, Issuance, renewal, and cancellation.
  • Register student to ICA system (SOLAR).
  • Handle all ICA application matters.
  • Conduct Student Surveys.
  • Report to Manager on operational matters and general filing of operational records.
  • Maintain records in Student Management System.
  • Conduct student orientation & counselling when required.
  • Monitor and generate reports on attendance.
  • Handle students’ enquiries and meet the service standard.
  • Industrial Attachment coordinator.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
