Job summary

A local educational service provider in Singapore is seeking an individual to supervise and ensure the well-being of students. The role involves guiding students with homework, conducting activities, and maintaining communication with parents. Candidates should possess GCE 'O' levels or equivalent, experience with children, and good communication skills. A passion for nurturing young minds is essential.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with children is preferred.
  • Higher qualifications in Early Childhood/Teaching/Child Psychology are advantageous.
  • Basic first aid training is preferred or must be willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
  • Guide students with their daily homework and school assignments.
  • Conduct enrichment, character-building, and recreational activities.
  • Maintain discipline and reinforce positive behaviour.
  • Prepare and serve meals/snacks, ensuring cleanliness.
  • Communicate with parents on students’ progress and behaviour.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and logistics.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute programs.
