What You'll Do:

• Ensure the classroom has an environment that is clean and conducive to work at all times.
• Students are to be supervised at all times.
• To adhere to the routine and rules of the centre.
• To ensure the safety and security of the students during student care hours.
• To facilitate social interactions among students and provide support and encouragement should a need arises.
• To be familiar with a student's medical conditions and dietary restrictions, etc.
• To adhere to the specific guidelines given by the Centre Manager as well as the roles assigned by the Centre Manager.
• To work as a team and share the collective responsibilities.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the classrooms.

Education/Certifications/Technical Skills:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment for students.

Experience:

• Previous experience in student care or childcare roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with educational and recreational activities for children.
