Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is looking for a Part Time Student Care Teacher to support the centre’s curriculum for P5/P6 students, based at Clementi and CCk. The role offers hourly pay of SGD 10–15 or a separate part-time package (1pm–6pm or 1pm–7pm).

Responsibilities include delivering the student care curriculum, administering MSF duties, and coordinating with parents and the Curriculum team to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

Diploma in any field.
1 - 2 years in related field.

Responsibilities

Work with Centre Manager and teaching team to conduct student care activities and deliver the curriculum for P5/P6 students.
Carry out MSF-required administrative duties and maintain service quality for MSF audit.
Plan and direct student care activities and coach students with school work.
Set up learning environment to support students’ learning needs.
Ensure lesson plans (if any) are prepared on time and activities meet Curriculum standards.
Ensure wellbeing, health, safety and hygiene of children in the Centre.
Communicate with parents via Parent-Teacher Conferences, Open Houses, and sharing sessions to strengthen partnership.
Collaborate with colleagues and Centre Manager on projects and participate in relevant seminars/workshops.

Student Care Teacher(Part Time)

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: Clementi & CCK- Part Time Hourly:$ 10 - $ 15/hr (1pm -6pm)- Part Time:$ 1800 (1pm- 7pm)

Job Scope:

To work with the Centre Manager(s) and the teaching team in conducting student care activities and delivering the curriculum at the Centre. (P5 / P6 children)
To conduct MSF required administrative duties and maintain the quality of the Student Care service for MSF audit.
To plan and direct student care activities and be involved in coaching students with their school work.
To set up the learning environment of the Centre such that it supports the students’ learning needs.
To ensure that lesson plans, if any, are prepared on time and that all class activities are conducted up to the required standards as deemed by the Curriculum team.
To ensure the well-being of the children in the Centre, especially their health, safety and hygiene.
To serve as a link with parents by communicating effectively with them by organizing and conducting Parent-Teacher Conferences, Open Houseand other sharing sessions to enhance parent-centre partnership.
To work hand in hand with your colleagues and the Centre Manager(s) on project-based assignmentsand to lend your area of expertise in any seminars or workshops relevant to your professional development.
